SIGHS LOUDLY AND HOLDS HEAD 
IT.........IS DONE. The background honestly is what killed me, I wanted a neon background in a City and my hand suffered from trying to paint the background and try to keep the focus more on the characters rather than the city. I put so many photoshop textures on the back to try and make it look decent and eventually im like " lmao fuck it " and added effects since it looked ok enough
